The Lindenwood University LCIE Program is designed for working adults who want to complete their degrees in an accelerated environment and balance their academics with family, work and personal time. This program allows you to earn a respected Lindenwood degree in as little as 18 months, so you can advance in your current career or begin a new one.
The LCIE program can be completed quickly, because it features a quarterly format. Students meet with their classes and instructors for four hours, once per week, typically in the evening, at one of 11 convenient locations throughout the St. Louis area. Accelerated Degrees Designed for Working Adults
Since most adults work during the day, Lindenwood offers evening classes once a week for four hours. To help you learn at a faster pace and fully comprehend the lessons the classes are small with no more than 12 students so you get a personalized, interactive learning experience. While in the classroom students will participate in classroom discussions, write oral presentations, be a part of group projects, and be assessed through traditional testing. Out of class assignments will be given for you to complete at your own pace.

Lindenwood University wants you to complete your degree so we offer many different student services to help you advance in your classes. It starts with your instructors who are chose for their teaching skills and commitment to their career. Since classes have no more than 12 students the instructors work to spend time with you to make sure you understand the content of the course. They have real-world experience and connections to help students find positions in the work force.
If you are struggling with one of your classes and need more help online and on-campus tutoring are available at no extra cost. You will also have an advisor to help you through the course of earning your degree from the beginning to graduation. They can help you with any questions you have as well as assistance with financial aid offerings such as loans and grants. Your advisor can transfer credits you may already have from a previous college or university and advise you on what courses you should be taking to keep on track with your degree.
